I’m a seventeen year old girl who has struggled with weight issues since I was six. In the before picture I was 190 lbs. In the After photo I was about 110 lbs. In the Now photo I’m 100 lbs. You can see the difference in my face. I cut out all sugar drinks like soda, energy drinks, fruit punch, etc. All I drink is water. But once a week allow myself to have an iced tea or once a month a frappe or something. And I’ve had myself on this strict eating schedule for two years. I eat three good portion meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner but threw out the day I allow myself to have two or three low calorie snacks. If you want something you can achieve it. Believe me. amandagraf.tumblr.com

So far today I’ve made tofu smoothie with fruits, gluten free vegan bread, and tofu stir fry. I bought all kinds of foods after work to start off my week. Im so excited!
I will exercise for 10-30 mins a day and use to ABC diet.
Here are the two charts I’m going off of:
Just a couple more pounds and some trips to the gym until I have my thigh gap back. I’m feeling good today. Restarting ABC after a baaaad weekend. It’s the first day of the semester, and I’m gonna rock it.

And I’ve actually GAINED twenty pounds.
I weigh ten pounds more than I did before I started the diet.
But weighing in some factors:
1) I’m on my period so some of that weight may just be water weight. I hear about 3-5 pounds is normal. Although depending on the person it can be up to 10.

Can’t do this the healthy way. Starting tomorrow. ABC for 7 days.
Then RGD
Then 137, for however long.
Goal: 90 lbs by October 1st.
